we have been writing as a hobby for as long as we can remember, and started posting some of it online a few years back. we mostly write fanfiction for pre-existing universes, but we do have a few original projects.

knock-knock, let me in. double-barrel down the highway follows four troubled twenty-somethings, road-tripping across the backwater states of fuckass nowhere, usa. they each made a deal with an old, angry god, and now they’ll pay the piper.

to love me is to suffer me

daniel always feels like it's hotter in the city, mirrored skyscrapers compounding the scorch of the sun until there's sweat beading at his hairline, snaking an uncomfortable trail down his spine. when he slips out of the hotel for a cigarette, a throng of vaping teenagers give him a sideways look and skitter away- heaven forbid an old man not hop to the new kind of cancer, drown his nicotine in cotton-candy glitter-glue from a device that can bluetooth to his phone. daniel's sweaty and uncomfortable, grumbling under his breath and crushing his cigarette just a bit between his lips while he searches in vain through his pockets for a lighter he most definitely left three hours away on his kitchen counter, when someone pipes up next to him, smooth british accent. "do you need a light?"

only god would know, only god would believe

randy is living a life of suburban non-bliss after the day he spent with benson. he's moved out into his own apartment, which haley thinks is cool as fuck, and his mom thinks will give him mold toxicity any day now, and he's even a manager at a different burger place. then, benson comes barrelling back into his life, and randy doesn't really know what to do about that.

i think i've seen this love before

the only thing viktor can remember when he wakes up in the hospital is jayce. his panicked face haloed by a searing white light, and his hushed assurances that 'it'll all be okay, vik,' and 'i've got you, you're okay.' when viktor tries to sit up too fast and lets out a barely-there nosie of pain, jayce is already at his side, pressing him gently back down into the mattress as the warmth of jayce's hands seeped clear into viktor's skin. it wasn't too hard for viktor to figure out they were together, considering all that, and that jayce had very plainly told him they were partners.

a fever i can't sweat out

this probably could've been brushed off as a joke, if logan wasn't so accidentally good at being a boyfriend. either way, it's an easy explanation as to why they moved in together, and it's not like logan's gay or anything, and if he was, he certainly wouldn't be gay for wade. wade is fucking annoying, even if he is really strong, and his eyes are probably logan's favorite shade of brown, and he's the funniest person Logan knows, and sometimes when he's reaching for something on the ridiculously-high shelves of their apartment his shirt rides up a little bit and logan keeps staring at his hipbones for some reason, and- oh- oh no
